China faces increasing protectionism in the current year due to rising exports and high unemployment in the United States and the European Union, Ambassador of China to the World Trade Organization (WTO) said.

But China to advance the Doha Round of WTO is necessary, although it seems  highly unlikely  that the international trade negotiations to be completed later this year, said Sun Zhenyu, also a member of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Party , top political advisory body in the country.

Last year, a total of 118 different economies have started commercial operations in China, the impact on Chinese exports worth over 13 billion U.S. dollars.
The United States was one of the most aggressive, starting from 23 cases in which 7.6 billion U.S. dollars of Chinese exports.

China is the scapegoat, in most cases and in some countries, China is simply to blame for their own economic problems, such as the trade deficit,  said Sun

The United States has also initiated anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations on imports of drill pipes for oil from China used for Spring Festival last month, while the EU, both in anti-dumping against China began to use fine paper and coated with melamine in the same year.

Given the high unemployment in major economies like the U.S. and the EU, provided that the Sun 禄is not an  improvement  this year and China 'facing growing protectionism.

The economic recovery in developed countries back China's exports rose 17.7 percent over the previous year for 13 consecutive months of decline since November 2008. In January, exports rose 21 percent.

Many Chinese economists said exports of the country adjusted for annual growth of 15 to 20 percent in 2010, compared with a year on year fall of 16 per cent in 2009.

Sun said the Doha round of WTO negotiations are not completed within this year, because Washington does not share this high priority.

The United States should instead focus on improving the creation of more jobs at home and exports,  he said.

However, it is expected that  China, the Doha talks, with all the efforts that have allowed certain members of the WTO is completed as soon as possible,  said

The Doha talks stalled in 2008 as the United States and some emerging economies struggling with a number of critical issues, including special protection for farmers in poor countries import growth and the sector in terms of industrial goods. protection

More than 80 percent of the House, according to WTO Director General Pascal Lamy has developed, but do not expect a final deal this year, given the political obstacles in the United States faces at home,  said Sun
