The new service will be like the National Commission on Energy is known to occur (NEC)in China and is probably officially before the convening of the (National Energy NEA) - the country attended regulator for the energy sector - workshops in addition to national power, said the official.
In a sign that the beginning of the new entity in May among other services, the Deputy Prime Minister of the state, acting as chairman of the Commission and senior officials of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), NEA, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT ) and State Administration of Work Safety (saws) is likely to be the position of Deputy Director.

The most important tasks of the CNE is to research and draft a national energy strategy and policy to address issues important to energy security and development of the country, said officials of the OT. The Commission is also the highest office in charge of the energy sector for the country.
The Department of Energy was dissolved in the phase of the restructuring of the Ministry in 1993, meaning that China was not only a ministry devoted to energy administiring for 16 years.
Despite the creation of the NEA, in July last year, the central government, which still lacks the ability to implement a unified energy policy, responsibility for the energy sector is currently scattered among several ministries, including the NDRC, the Ministry Trade, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) and the State Administration of Work Safety.
When domestic energy workshop in early February this year, Zhang Guobao again with the many problems that the NEA has been under the direction of the energy sector in the country. Zhang complained that the NBA is not the tools and resources needed to effectively manage and control energy.
It also noted that the five licenses that give the coal industry is not one of them published by the NEA, is essential.
The source of the SERC, said that despite the wishes of the new and enhanced role in the reform of electricity, coal and petroleum to play, returning almost all questions relating to the reform of these price reforms and market access areas where the NEA has little control.
It remains unclear whether the new Commission can realistically be able to take control of trade in the energy sector in China.
