Wuxi City Bureau of Statistics 2009, the latest disclosure of the Yangtze River Delta economic performance analysis shows that in 2009 the Yangtze River Delta region in 16 cities in almost 6 trillion yuan of GDP, GDP growth reached an average 11% rise quarter by quarter over the first three quarters showed posture.
Wuxi City Bureau of Statistics has long been engaged in Yangtze River Delta regional economic operation of the tracking, analysis and research. In 2009, the Yangtze River Delta for more than 16 cities to achieve the scale of 10 trillion yuan of industrial output value reached 11.82 trillion yuan, annual growth of 6.4%, showing a decline stopped and stabilized recovery momentum of development.
Data also showed that 16 city completed investment in fixed assets the amount of 2.8501 trillion yuan, up 18.3%, total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 2.0291 trillion yuan, up 16.6 percent after deducting price factors, the actual speed over the previous year by 2.6 percentage points .
