Through the promotion of Internet service providers to increase network speed, Google from its ultra-high-speed fiber optic network plan benefit.
More than 83% of the respondents optimistic about Google's ultra-high-speed fiber-optic network plan, and only 16.8% of respondents believe that even though Google is very powerful, but its ultra-high-speed fiber-optic network plan is "doing our proper business."

As Powell pointed out, though users can dial-up connection using the Google, Yahoo, or Bing search engine, but a broadband connection will give users a better experience.
